1:1 expansion sessions are personalized to your journey to help integrate any paranormal or supernatural experiences for the individual and family unit, as well as teach you to work with and expand your gifts and abilities. You will learn how to set energetic boundaries within self and space, build a bridge of communication with your whole self and the collective unconscious, and work more mindfully with energy. We will use tools such as hypnosis, contemplation, active imagination, dream work, deep exploration of the shadow, clairvoyant reiki, sound healing and guided meditations.
